Cacao Banana Smoothie (My Morning Milkshake)

 

Who doesn’t like milkshakes? Seriously though. It has been one HOT summer and all I can think about is 1. Chocolate 2. Creamy Treats. Since it’s ridiculous-sounding that one could have a milkshake for breakfast, I came up with this little beauty to satisfy my morning. Behold – My Morning Milkshake

BLEND

1 Frozen Banana

1 C Almond Milk

1 T Raw Cacao Powder

1 T Almond Butter

1 T Hemp Seeds

1 T Coconut OIl

1 T Grass-Fed Gelatin (optional, I add for nutritional value and the 6g protein)

4 Ice Cubes

TOP IT OFF

with 1 T Raw Cacao Nibs for added crunch and chocolate satiation
