Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough Fudge

This freezer fudge is SOOO tasty. Bursting with Pumpkin Spice and rich and buttery, you’ll keep going back for more.

This makes a small batch, double the recipe if you’d like more on hand… but be warned… the batch is small for a reason!

pulse

in a food processor:

1/2 C Sunflower Seed Butter or Cashew Butter

1/4 C pumpkin puree

1/2 t vanilla

1 T raw or grass fed butter or coconut oil

1 T coconut butter

2 T maple syrup (3T if using cashew butter) 

pinch of salt

1/2 t cinnamon

1/4 t ginger

1/8 t nutmeg  

Until smooth and creamy

stir in

1/4 C enjoy life chocolate chips.

Pour

into a parchment paper lined, mini loaf pan and freeze then cut into cubes!
